Job Description
- Assist guests, take orders, serve food and drinks
- Grill and finish meat at the table
- Clear tables, set tables, clean
- Kitchen assistance, opening and closing work, etc. as required
Beyond the mere serving of food, this job is focused on enriching the guest's experience.
Hourly Wage
1,200 yen to 1,500 yen
1,500 yen to 1,875 yen after 22:00
* Determined after the interview and based on experience and ability
Working Hours
Shift system between 14:00 and 23:00
(as little as a 3-hours shift 1 day per week is okay)
Example Shifts
- 5:00 - 10:00 p.m. (dinner time only)
- 2:00 - 11:00 p.m. (preparation, sales, cleanup included, 1-hour break)
- 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. (no restrictions against other employment)
Employment Period
Short- to long-term, negotiable for summer to autumn/winter
* Long-term employment is welcome. A one-day trial shift is also available
* A system for promotion to full-time employment is also available upon request
